WELCOME TO BLUE SPORT MANAGEMENT (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "BSM", "WE", "US", OR "OUR"). THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH BSM, INCLUDING THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Our services are intended for individuals under the age of 21 who are residing in Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania, and other African countries.

1.2 By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the age and residency requirements.

2. Services

To be eligible to use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Ghana or its territories. You represent and warrant that you are eligible to use the Services.

3. Player Responsibilities

3.1 Players are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including personal details, medical records, and any other relevant information required by BSM.

3.2 Players must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of conduct related to their participation in football activities.

3.3 Players are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, respect, and sportsmanship at all times.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 BSM may charge fees for our services, which will be disclosed to players and their guardians prior to any commitment.

4.2 All fees must be paid in full and on time according to the agreed payment schedule.

4.3 BSM reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if fees are not paid as agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and copyrights, related to BSM and our services, are owned by BSM or our licensors.

5.2 You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or modifying any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 BSM shall maintain the confidentiality of all personal and sensitive information provided by players and their guardians.

6.2 Players and their guardians shall not disclose any confidential information related to BSM, our services, or other players without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 BSM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

7.2 Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the player or their guardian for our services.

8. Indemnification

8.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BSM, our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Termination

9.1 BSM reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice.

9.2 Upon termination, all outstanding fees and obligations shall become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
